They’re not confusing jumbles of metal!
You know, the exciting thing about Bumblebee is that none of the non-human characters look like jagged metal parts. And the new trailer definitely shows that off. You get glimpses a number of characters, and most of them (Soundwave and Shockwave, especially) resemble versions of their G1 designs. Well, with just enough to differentiate them from their originals.
The odd thing is that the movie is advertised as containing John Cena. And yet, in this trailer, they only play clips of his voice over backgrounds and distant shots of extras. They might want to work on that in post or something.
Regardless, Bumblebee is set for a release this Christmas.
