Wil Wheaton comes back to television science fiction with a guest role on the Syfy channel show Dark Matter. You can check out and exclusive clip from the show below:

We don’t know much about his character or what side of the coin he falls on, but from the clip he doesn’t look like the lovable Wesley Crusher we all remember from his TNG days.

Dark Matter will air back-to-back episodes starting Fri., Aug. 28, at 9 p.m. ET, with the season finale coming on at 10 p.m. ET on Syfy.
