The first trailer for ‘Fast & Furious 8’ has no racing and the hero turning evil

Remember when this was a movie about racing cool cars at unsafe velocities?

The first trailer for Fast & Furious 8 is here and does what every series that is running out of ideas does –Turn the hero into the villain. Something, something, that one Harvey Dent quote from The Dark Knight.

The trailer is more ridiculous than any Marvel movie (those cars are essentially mini Iron Man armors) with Charlize Theron turning in what looks to be her most bland performance ever. I mean, the team goes up against what looks to be an old soviet submarine, so, yeah.

Come on, we know Dom will have some stupid reason for turning his back on family. Probably something to do with Paul Walker’s character or something.
