GAMbIT trailer roundup!

So every week I try to bring you cool, funny, or interesting trailers (one of these is an exception, guess which one). Check this shit out:

First up is A Walk Among the Tombstones. Directed by The Lookout‘s Scott Frank, and based on a killer book by Lawrence Block, this one looks pretty damn solid. Taken was the best thing to ever happen to Liam Neeson. No jokes, I’m sincerely excited for this one.

Here’s Paddington, which starts out with a creepy CGI bear yanking golf-ball sized chunks of ear wax out of his head. It’s fucking gross, and fucking stupid. You wanna know why people think kids are idiots?  Cause this is the kind of shit they get thrown at them. At least it only stars – holy shit, Nicole Kidman and Colin Firth? You know what I bet happened, they said “I wanna make a film my kids can watch,” because apparently their kids are only allowed to watch movies that they’re in, which is how Robert Rodriguez ended up making four goddamn Spy Kids movies.

Birdman, from Babel‘s Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu, is about a former action-movie star who – you know what, I have no idea. I purposely avoided a synopsis of this one because the trailer was so intriguing. Damn thing looks like it was directed by Nicolas Winding Refn.

In The Interview, Seth Rogen and James Franco schedule an interview with Kim Jong Un so they can assassinate him. Seth Rogen will make pop culture references. I will be there opening night.
