Wolverine 3 is on the horizon ans as this will be the swan song for Hugh Jackman ass the character, pressure is high to go out on a high note. With the success of Deadpool there is already talk of getting an R rated version of the film. This would work, even if his past eight appearances have all been PG-13 as, if reports are to believed, the film will be using aspects of the Old Man Logan storyline that takes place well into a future that sees a very different Marvel universe.

During the Oscars last night MTV’s Josh Horrowitz spoke with Schreiber and asked about the possibility of him appearing in some form in Wolverine 3 with Schreiber saying, “We’ve talked about it.”

Schreiber  went on to say that, “The Old Man Logan story — that’s appealing. That’s something that I can do. Old, being the operative word.” Wolverine Origins was a terrible film (still a fun watch because of its Hollywood butchering of comic lore), but the chemistry between Jackman and Schreiber  was pretty fantastic.

What do you think of seeing the pair got toe-to-toe one last time? I think, if handled correctly, it could be pretty cool to see.
