Hunger Games actor joins Terminator: Genesis

Dayo Okeniyi is an actor, not a rejected name from Game of Thrones, best known for playing Thresh in The Hunger Games. Now Variety is reporting that he’s joined the cast of Terminator: Genesis as the son of Miles Bennett Dyson (played in T2 by Joe Morton, who is currently being batshit crazy on Scandal).

It’s not certain how Dyson will fit into Terminator: Genesis, which is being marketed as a “standalone trilogy,” which we all know is bullshit because I’m sure they’ll reboot the damn thing in four years anyway.

Terminator: Genesis will be directed by Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World) and has already cast Emilia Clarke, Jason Clarke (no relation), and Jai Courtney.
