Lebanon has banned Wonder Woman from airing in their country. The decision came about due to Gal Godot’s service and outspoken support of the IDF, which she served in from 2005-2007. And, you know, the fact that Lebanon’s “at war” with Israel.

The decision was reached by Lebanon’s Ministry of Economy today. The film was scheduled to premiere this evening, though a sneak peek happened last night as planned. Wonder Woman was only set to run in 15 theaters in Lebanon, anyway, so Warner Bros. probably isn’t fretting over it.
